LIMITED LIFETIME WARRANTY- MATERIALS AND WORKMANSHIP

Our Repair Warranty
We certify that all repairs will be free of defects in materials and workmanship, excluding wear and deterioration resulting from normal driving conditions, for as long as you own your car.

The Bedrock Collision Center Lifetime Limited Warranty applies to all repairs performed by our facility, as well as repairs sublet by Bedrock Collision Center to third-party providers. If a defect in workmanship is noted or observed, we will remedy such defect(s) in workmanship by repairing, repainting or refinishing the specific defective components, parts, sections, or repair operations at no charge to you.

Parts Warranty
The parts and materials we use to repair your vehicle will be covered to the extent of any warranty or guarantee provided by the respective parts supplier and/or manufacturer.

Exclusions and Disclaimers
The Bedrock Collision Center Limited Lifetime Warranty applies only to the work that Bedrock Collision Center performed or sublet to third-party providers.

The following are specifically excluded from coverage under the Bedrock Collision Center Lifetime Limited Warranty:

Preexisting conditions and pre-accident damage (unless repair of said condition or damage was specified as a part of your repair order);
Conditions arising out of abuse or misuse of the vehicle;
Results of negligence in the operation, maintenance, or care of the vehicle;
Conditions resulting from subsequent accidents, damage or repairs;
Metal corrosion not related to defective work;
Scratches, ding's and stone chips that may occur from normal driving;
Deterioration (normal wear and tear) associated with vehicle age and mileage.
Also excluded from the Lifetime Limited Warranty is any relief or remedy from incidental and consequential costs, such as towing, rental car fees, travel or trip interruption costs and consequential vehicle component damage.

The warranty is non-transferable, is a complete and exclusive statement between Bedrock Collision Center and the customer, and contains all representation of the parties.
